​The Boat Hire Company offer  a range of marine services for both TV & film work on the River Thames between Windsor & Marlow, covering Windsor, Maidenhead, Cookham, Marlow and the village of Bray and all its famous eateries. Famous local sights include Windsor Castle (venue for Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle, as well as the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth II), Eton College, Windsor Racecourse, Bray Film Studios (home to many films including Rocketman, Angel Has Fallen, Alien & Captain Corelli's Mandolin), Dorney Rowing Lake, Oakley Court Hotel (home of the Hammer House of Horror Films & The Rocky Horror Picture Show), Monkey Island Estate, Bray Village (featured in a number of episodes of Inspector Morse), Cliveden House Hotel (featured in Sherlock Holmes, Poirot & Thunderbirds), Spring Cottage, Alain Roux's famous Waterside Inn, Brunel's Sounding Arch and Roux at Skindles.

We have two luxury vintage motor yachts both built in the 1960's available for filming and camera boat hire. Both boats can accommodate up to 12 passengers and offer fully open back sun decks with seating, fully enclosed indoor areas with additional seating and central heating, toilet facilities and hot & cold running water.

We are conveniently located in the South East of England near Bray Film Studios, the brand new Shinfield Studios and Pinewood Film Studios. Previous film & TV work includes Paddington in Peru, James Martin's Great British Adventure & Cruising The River Thames with Jane McDonald.
